About Us

Made from what grows back

Zaremora started with a simple question: what are the things you use every day actually made of? The sheets against your skin for eight hours. The pillow under your head. The stuff you never think about because it came with the house.

Too often the answer is plastic. Polyester sold as something softer, synthetic fill sold as something natural, and a composition line buried far enough down the page that nobody reads it.

So we went looking for better starting points.

We start with plants that grow back fast

Most of what we sell begins with bamboo, one of the fastest-growing plants on earth. It reaches full height in a matter of months rather than decades, and it regrows from the same root system after cutting.

We're adding hemp and mushroom-based materials for the same reason. The goal isn't complicated: start with something that comes back quickly, and build things worth keeping out of it.

And we tell you the rest

Here's the part most brands leave out. Turning a plant into fabric takes processing. Bamboo becomes viscose through a chemical process, which is why our labels say "viscose derived from bamboo" rather than just "bamboo" — it's the accurate description, and the accurate description is the one we'd rather use.

Some products need a synthetic component to work properly. The memory foam core in a travel pillow is a plastic. It doesn't break down. We say so on the product page instead of putting a leaf on the box and letting you assume.

Where we know the fibre percentages, we publish them. Where a product carries a real third-party certification, we name it. Where it doesn't, we don't invent one.

Things you won't find on our pages

Invented statistics. Made-up percentages of customers who felt something on the first night.

Health claims we can't back up. Bedding doesn't cure anything, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Trademark-styled names for ordinary fabric. If it's a sateen weave, we'll call it a sateen weave.

Where we are right now

We're new. Our catalogue starts with sleep — toppers, pillows, sheets, the things that decide whether you wake up rested — and it's growing into home and personal care as we find materials that meet the same standard. If something we sell doesn't do what we said it would, tell us. We'd rather hear it from you than read it in a review.

Better things, made from what grows back, described honestly enough that you know what you're buying.
